Lectures:

I offer lectures on my work as a fiberartist / textile artist.

The lecture will illustrate the working process, inspiration sources and the development of my artistic work - especially "Baskets as an Artform", and will be supported by dias and examples of works.

Price: 2.000 kr. (incl tax.)

Studio Visits :

At a visit in my studio (for groups) I will tell about my working proces, inspiration sources and the development of my artistic work - especially "Baskets as an Artform".

You will se examples of my work and as an extra gain you will experiance our house, the first domestic dwelling of glued massive elements in Denmark.

Studio Visit for groups: 2.000 kr. (incl. tax.)

Workshops:

Workshops in making "Box Baskets" can be arranged in my studio or other places.

I am often asked, if I make workshops in weaving "my" baskets, but I don't, as they are my personal mode of expression.

At a workshop I will be a starter and a catalyst, but you must be willing to experiment with the basketform using different materials and different technics.

Participants:
In my studio: 6 - 8 pers.
In other plases: about 12 - 15 pers.

Studio / home is placed in the hills behind the town of Ebeltoft.

The house by Kræn Ole and Thomas Birkkjær, arcitecs (maa), is the first domestic dwelling of glued massive elements in Denmark, built in 2001.
