These baskets often comes in series, where I investigate materials, I find interesting.
The baskets are woven flat on the loom, and then pulled together into the treedimensional form.
The
basic material is linen, and other materials can be woven into the basket or otherwise ingegreted into the work.
As to the bakets made of dandelion stalks, only the warp is linen.
I have in view, that the elements used, becomes part of the basket - and not only decoration.
